You can truncate the amounts in several reports, because of currencies that cause reports to display figures in millions. Certain reports have an Amounts in whole field that gives you the option to display amounts truncated by:
If you click Blank, then figures are not truncated. For example, if you click Blank, then LCY 1,363,887.18 appears in the report as LCY 1,363,887.18. If you click Thousands, then that figure appears in the report as LCY 1,363.90, and the text Amounts are in whole 1,000s, displayed in the top left corner of the report.
